Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, financial processes, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills and a thorough understanding of audit procedures to support the organization's governance and risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal audits as per the audit plan.
- Review financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Identify risks and report audit findings with practical recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and corrective actions.




- Assist in preparing audit reports and maintaining audit documentation.
- Support management in strengthening internal control systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or CMA (Inter/Qualified).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Internal Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and audit procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
