- Plan and monitor daily OE spinning production to meet production targets and customer requirements.
- Optimize machine efficiency (OEE), productivity, and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot OE spinning machine issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure yarn quality standards (CSP, U%, CV%, IPI, twist, hairiness) and resolve quality concerns.
- Manage production of recycled cotton/polyester and coloured OE yarn, ensuring consistency and sustainability.
- Coordinate with Planning, QC, Maintenance, Procurement, and Dispatch for smooth operations.
- Lead and develop production teams, manage manpower, and conduct performance reviews and training.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, machine settings, and critical spare parts management.
- Monitor production costs, raw material consumption, inventory, and prepare MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
