We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining our products and services, generating leads, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Robust interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
