Job Summary

Ritz Corporation is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor with 2–4 years of experience to produce high-quality video content that drives engagement and supports business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing investor-focused videos, marketing campaigns, social media content, and corporate presentations, ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, investor presentations, and social media platforms
- Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories aligned with business goals
- Create promotional videos explaining company projects, investment opportunities, and brand messaging
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to understand content requirements
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, subtitles, and visual enhancements
- Optimize videos for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and ads
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain organized video libraries and project files
- Stay updated with current video editing trends, tools, and techniques
- Support live shoots, planning, and creative direction when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro,



or similar
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience in editing marketing, promotional, or corporate videos
- Knowledge of color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience in fintech, investment, real estate, or startup environment
- Knowledge of animation, VFX, and advanced motion graphics
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing
- Experience in shooting videos or handling camera equipment
