Job brief:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Growth Partner to join our Growth & Marketing Department. This role involves supporting marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and assisting with lead generation efforts. You will play a crucial role in outbound outreach, collaboration, and event coordination, gaining hands-on experience in marketing strategies within a fast-paced workplace.

1. Partnership & Outreach
- Planned and executed strategic partnerships to ensure smooth and consistent lead generation.
- Conduct outbound reach outs to educational institutes and international associations for onboarding.




- Perform in-depth market research to identify potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Draft and send professional emails to engage and onboard new partners.
- Maintain effective follow-ups to ensure timely communication and conversion.

2. Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist in organizing and executing webinars, campaigns, and other marketing events.
- Provide support in daily administrative tasks related to marketing operations.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales team for post-webinar analysis and follow-ups.

3. Communication & Coordination
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and growth teams at all stages of the business funnel.
- Ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams for smooth execution of initiatives.
- Maintain records of outreach efforts, responses, and partnership progress.
