Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the site team to achieve project goals.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate matters where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Handle client visits, address queries, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration across all teams.

Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in real estate project/site management.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver results under deadlines.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, construction processes, and industry best practices.
