Job Description – Tech Lead (Software
& Intelligence)

We are seeking a highly capable Tech
Lead with strong experience in full stack software development,
cloud-native platforms, and intelligent software solutions. The ideal candidate
will be a polyglot engineer with the ability to work across multiple
technologies, platforms, and system layers spanning software, cloud, and
AI-enabled systems.

This role is ideal for engineers interested
in about building scalable software platforms that bridge physical systems,
cloud infrastructure, and intelligent applications.

Role Overview

As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design[R1] ,
development, and integration of intelligent software platforms connecting to
embedded systems, and uncrewed vehicles using cloud infrastructure, and contemporary
applications.

You will work closely with
multidisciplinary teams across software, firmware, hardware, AI, and systems
engineering to build next-generation connected and intelligent solutions.

You will have the opportunity to learn
about embedded software, manufacturing,



drones and similar uncrewed vehicles.

Required Experience

· 7-10 years of software
engineering experience

· 3+ years of technical
leadership, architecture ownership, or platform ownership

· Proven experience leading
engineers, mentoring team members, and driving technical execution

· Hands-on experience building
production-grade cloud-native or distributed software platforms

· Experience working with
connected systems such as IoT, telemetry platforms, embedded-integrated
systems, industrial automation, remote monitoring, robotics, edge gateways, or
hardware-connected software platforms
