Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Operations
Management
- Own, Oversee, structure and manage the entire
Project Management Department to ensure efficient and timely completion of
projects.
- Ensure timely completion of every project.
- Regularly visit project sites and drive and ensure cost
efficiency, quality compliance, and safety standards across projects.
- Ensure effective coordination with all stake
holders internally (engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics) and
externally (erector, client, contractor, consultant, PMC) to facilitate
completion of projects as per timelines, efficiently and effectively.
- Establish robust monitoring systems (ERP,
dashboards, BIM, IoT) for real-time project tracking.
- Implement lean construction practices and contemporary
erection practices (like POD lifting) to improve speed and efficiency.
- Visits project sites to ensure work progress and
compliances as per plan

3. Financial & Commercial
Accountability
- Prepare and manage annual department budget in line
with the business plan.




- Ensure completion of projects within the allocated
budgets
- Drive cost optimization, cash flow management, and
profitability improvement in project execution.
- Lead contract negotiations, claims settlement,
arbitration, and risk management.

4. People & Leadership
Development
- Lead a large team of project directors, engineers,
and site execution managers.
- Build a strong leadership pipeline, succession
plan, and technical excellence culture.
- Mentor senior managers, foster teamwork,
accountability, and safety-first mindset.
- Align workforce policies with compliance, labor
laws, and ethical standards.

5. Governance, Safety &
Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations,
ISO/OHSAS standards, EHS norms, and ESG practices.
- Institutionalize corporate governance, transparent
reporting, and risk frameworks.
- Promote sustainability initiatives in line with
global best practices (energy-efficient practices, waste reduction, green
