CALIBRATION of Process Instruments:
- Preparation and execution of calibration lists and schedules for all instrument types as described in relevant SOPs.
- Execute the preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments as per schedules.
- Performing calibration of instruments such as pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, temperature gauges, compound gauges, and Magnehelic gauges, and preparing the corresponding reports.
- Experienced in the calibration of temperature sensors such as RTDs and thermocouples.
- Skilled in calibrating transmitters, including temperature, pressure, flow, and differential pressure (DP) transmitters.
- Hands-on experience in calibrating quality-related instruments such as conductivity, pH, and ORP sensors, as well as RPM indicators and digital clocks.
- Performing preventive maintenance of control valves and on/off valves.
- Experienced in calibrating pressure switches.
- Experienced in the calibration of weighing balances.
