We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager – Operations & PR from the IT industry who has handled a workforce of 100+ employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and corporate communication while maintaining a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, exit process).
- Drive employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Implement and monitor Performance Management System (PMS).
- Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.
- Handle internal communication and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in IT industry.
- Experience managing 100+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
