You’re likely a fit if you’ve built or taught employability skills, career readiness, interview preparation, or professional skills in a structured way - not just facilitated sessions, but thought deeply about what to teach, how to teach it, how to assess learning, and how to measure impact.

What the role is about: This role sits at the intersection of curriculum development, training delivery, coaching, and outcomes. You’ll design and run structured, outcome-driven soft skills training programs that help students crack interviews, secure placements,



and perform confidently in professional environments.

Your work will span curriculum design, instructional design for adult learners, live training delivery, assessment design, and 1:1 coaching - with a sharp focus on translating learning into measurable placement and performance outcomes.
