Job Title: AI Lead Engineer (LLMO, AEO & Agentic Systems)

We’re hiring an AI Lead Engineer/Architect for our client, who can design, build, and lead the development of next-generation AI systems focused on LLM Optimisation (LLMO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

As the AI Lead Engineer, your responsibilities would be:
- To own the AI product lifecycle from concept to production-ready scale.
- To translate complex business problems into scalable AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
- To lead and mentor a team of AI and Backend engineers while driving technical decision-making.
- To design advanced RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- To contribute to product strategy and roadmap decisions by converting research into production implementations.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or AI product development.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.




- Hands-on expertise with Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Ability to design scalable microservices and translate ambiguous business needs into system designs.
- Research-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a 0â1 startup environment.
- Excellent technical leadership skills to manage architecture reviews and team delivery.
