Shift In charge will oversee and manage all production activities during his shift, ensuring effective operations, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and hygiene protocols. He will also be responsible for shift productivity, shift RM/PM wastages, Shift breakdowns & manpower management and coordination with cross functional team.
