The project:
This is a high-rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai.

Provides technical support to the project construction team, principally relating to primary and secondary control, dimensional verification and quality control/quality assurance activities relating to structural trades.



It could also extend to trades that interface with the structure, or equally across the whole project.
Responsible for scope of works, communication and implementation of quality control activities adhering to compliance. Ensures validation checks are performed in conjunction with trade contractor’s specific checks. Implements Mace temporary works procedure and safety procedures.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Provides engineering leadership to the site engineers.
- Manages project wide dimensional control for main contractor and trade contractor works.
- Interprets as-built surveys/installations are checked prior to construction of follow-on activities.
- Acts as TWS and Deputy TWC (dependant on individual competency) as stipulated in Mace TW procedure.
- Reviews design information and liaise with designers or trade contractors to resolve queries.
