The Role
Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations,
along with the ability to lead technical design and mentor junior developers
Work You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and declarative tools
- Lead end-to-end development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications
- Build reusable, high-performance Lightning Web Components with a strong focus on UI/UX and best practices
- Develop and optimize Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes (Queueable, Future, Batch)
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with external systems and third-party applications
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, sharing, and data access models.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the development team
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
