Roles & Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of terminologies and best practices in the Green Building sector.
- Coordinate and manage green certification progress with site and design teams.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop customized sustainability solutions for clients.
- Monitor the design process and site activities to ensure adherence to sustainability objectives and client requirements.
- Facilitate documentation for Green Building certifications (LEED, GRIHA & IGBC).
- Creatively develop and present technical materials; represent L&T; at technical forums and conferences.
- Conduct design/tender reviews to ensure incorporation of green building requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance with site sustainability requirements.
- Handle documentation for pre-certification and final certification of projects.
- Work on review replies and ensure the targeted certification level is achieved.
- Continuously update knowledge on green building technologies, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 3-5 years of qualified experience in Green Building Consultancy, Building Science, Sustainability, and Energy Efficiency Building Codes.
- Must have successfully completed at least three (3) project submissions to USGBC, or IGBC, or GRIHA.
- Professional Green Building accreditations such as LEED AP BD+C (USGBC) are mandatory; additional accreditations like WELL AP, IGBC AP, GRIHA CP are a plus.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, particularly HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in energy simulation and daylight analysis software such as Design Builder, Rhino, and other similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and technical report writing skills.
