Missions/Main Duties
- Oversee all aspects of contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of contracts.
- Ensure compliance with project agreements, government regulations, and organizational policies.
- Address contractual disputes, claims, and variations efficiently to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Support the selection of contractors and suppliers for various project components.
- Report on financial progress and forecast contractual expenditures.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including government agencies, consultants, contractors, and project teams, to ensure seamless execution of contractual obligations.
