We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD;) Facilitator – Consultant to lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and measurement of behavioral, management, and leadership development initiatives. This is a strategic consulting role focused on partnering with senior business leaders to create impactful learning solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is not a training coordination role. You will own the complete learning lifecycle—from organizational diagnosis and learning needs analysis to program design, facilitation, coaching, and effectiveness measurement—while ensuring every intervention aligns with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Strategy & Needs Analysis

Conduct comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI)



through stakeholder interviews, focus groups, observations, surveys, and business data analysis.
Translate business challenges into measurable learning objectives and outcome-driven development programs.
Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning interventions.

Program Design & Development

Design customized behavioral, management, and leadership development programs using adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies.
Develop high-quality facilitator guides, participant workbooks, assessments, case studies, simulations, and other learning assets.
Leverage AI-powered tools and modern learning technologies to enhance content creation and learner engagement.

Facilitation & Coaching

Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and blended learning programs for employees, managers, and senior leaders.
