- Engage with customer stakeholders for requirement analysis and solution design
- Define end-to-end architecture for Flutter-based applications (including hybrid/native integrations)
- Provide low-level design and technical direction to development teams
- Ensure implementation of functional and non-functional requirements
- Drive best practices around coding standards, testing, and deployment
- Lead the team towards high-quality, near zero-defect delivery
- Act as SME for cross-platform mobile architecture and Flutter ecosystem
- Support performance tuning, app stability, and production readiness
- Mentor developers and lead capability building within the team
