As a PPC Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving high -quality leads and ensuring the effective performance of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have in -depth knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, and 2 -3 years of hands -on experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly for real estate projects.
Requirements
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.
Real Estate Focus:
Drive high -quality leads for real estate projects by tailoring campaigns specifically for this sector.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, using A/B testing, bid strategies, keyword research, and audience segmentation.
Reporting & Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
Budget Management: Allocate and manage the advertising budget efficiently across campaigns to maximize impact.
Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design and development teams to create and optimize landing pages to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on market trends and ensure the agency’s campaigns outperform competitors.
