About The Role

You will work directly with the leadership team to identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, support client engagement, and learn how enterprise technology projects are acquired.

This is a structured 1–2 month Training & Evaluation Program designed to develop practical skills in enterprise sales before transitioning into a paid role.

Key Responsibilities

Research government, public sector, and private-sector RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities.
Identify potential business opportunities aligned with Springreen’s service offerings.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability statements, and bid documentation.
Coordinate submission timelines and maintain proposal trackers.
Support client communication and follow-up activities.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Maintain CRM records and sales documentation.
Collaborate with technical teams to gather proposal inputs.
Track procurement portals and tender notifications.
