Customer interaction for capturing business requirement
Customer interaction to understand customer concern
Tracking, coordinating with various stake holders and logical closure of tasks
Interpersonal and leadership skill to lead a team of people
Strategizing, Planning, and executing the tasks to meet the milestones.
