Job Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students and parents regarding our courses and career opportunities.

Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and online leads.

Explain course features, fees, batches, and placement assistance.

Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

Follow up with prospective students using CRM, calls, and messages.

Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions.

Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for student onboarding.





Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional events when required.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, customer service, or telecalling.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and counselling skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
