About Polaris

Experience: 3–6 Years
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands-on sessions on Full-Stack Development and System Design; mentor students on scalable applications; design curriculum, assignments, assessments, and capstone projects; guide students on software architecture, microservices, distributed systems, and APIs.

Required Skills
Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Backend: Golang, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Microservices
Go Ecosystem: Gin/Echo/Fiber/Chi, Goroutines, Channels, gRPC, Protobuf
Databases & DevOps: PostgreSQL/MySQL,



MongoDB, Docker, Git
System Design: Distributed Systems, Design Patterns, Scalability, High Availability, Caching, Messaging Systems

What We're Looking For
Robust mentoring and communication skills, hands-on experience building scalable applications, passion for teaching, and a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.
