Eligibility Criteria (As per UGC Norms):
✅ Ph.D.



in Management (Accounting/Finance specialization preferred)
✅ Master's degree with 55%+ marks in a relevant discipline
✅ Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience
✅ Meets UGC API score and publication requirements for Associate Professor
Key Responsibilities:
? Teach UG, PG & Ph.D. courses in Accounting & Finance
? Guide research scholars and mentor students
? Publish in peer-reviewed/UGC-CARE/Scopus journals
? Contribute to curriculum design and accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA/NIRF)
? Participate in academic and institutional development initiatives
