Experience in the aviation sector, preferably within the Airbus environment
Strong understanding of aircraft systems and structures

Expertise in manufacturing and assembly processes involving structures, equipment, and systems
Skilled in the creation and maintenance of routing sheets and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs)
Solid understanding of industrial processes
Technical Documentation & Tools
Proficient in reading technical drawings (AIRINA) and interpreting 3D models
Familiar with Airbus standards and documentation including AIPS and AIPI
Enterprise Systems
Working knowledge of SAP for manufacturing and logistics
Soft Skills
Professional proficiency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly detail-oriented and rigorous in execution

Familiarity with Final Assembly Line (FAL) workplace and shop floor support

Main Responsibilities
Develop, update, and optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for aircraft structures, systems, and equipment
Create and maintain routing sheets and SOIs in compliance with Airbus standards
Interpret technical drawings and 3D models to support production operations
Ensure strict adherence to Airbus documentation standards including AIPS and AIPI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to resolve technical challenges
