About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Finance to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing industry in accounts & finance, including robust exposure to financial planning, costing, compliance, treasury, and strategic financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Oversee financial statements, statutory audits, and internal controls.
Manage manufacturing costing, inventory valuation, and cost optimization.
Drive working capital, cash flow, treasury, and banking operations.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.
Lead ERP implementation and process improvements.
Partner with business leaders to support strategic decision-making and business growth.




Build and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.

Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
10–12 years of finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, ERP systems, and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
