Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead and strengthen the Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have strong manufacturing finance experience with expertise in costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and business partnering. This role requires a hands-on finance professional who can drive financial controls, operational efficiency,
and management reporting while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Controllership
Oversee end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Manufacturing Finance & Costing
Drive product costing, cost analysis, and profitability assessment.
Monitor inventory valuation, stock controls, and inventory accounting.
Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support plant and operational teams with financial insights and performance monitoring.
Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and business performance analysis.
Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
