Lascade is looking for a highly organized and creative Content Production Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of content production across our growing portfolio of digital products.
We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who can manage the complete content production process—from planning and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do
• Plan and manage the complete content production calendar across multiple products.
• Coordinate video shoots, product demonstrations, UGC production, founder content, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with AI Video Creators, Video Editors, Designers, UGC Creators, and Marketing teams to ensure timely content delivery.
• Organize scripts, production schedules, shooting locations, equipment, and creative assets.
• Ensure all content aligns with Lascade’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Manage content production workflows from planning to publishing.
• Coordinate product launch campaigns and marketing content across multiple channels.
• Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency using AI tools and automation.
• Build scalable production systems that support multiple products simultaneously.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Content Production, Video Production, Marketing Operations, or Creative Project Management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating creative teams and content production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
