Hiring: Head of Marketing (7–10 Years Experience)

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function at Ineazy.

This is a leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute effectively, and build a high-performing in-house team. You’ll be responsible for driving brand growth, generating qualified leads, and creating a marketing engine that supports the company’s long-term vision.

What you’ll do:

* Own and drive Ineazy’s end-to-end marketing strategy.
* Build, lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house team.
* Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, SEO, email, and other digital channels.
* Lead the company’s brand positioning, messaging, and overall communication strategy.
* Oversee social media strategy, content planning, creative direction, and community engagement.
* Drive lead generation while improving lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
* Work closely with Sales, Design,



and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
* Own marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
* Build scalable processes, systems, and workflows that enable long-term growth.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging marketing technologies.

What we’re looking for:

* 7–10 years of experience in marketing with strong leadership exposure.
* Mandatory: Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the interior design, home interiors, or related industry.
* Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing functions and building high-performing teams.
* Strong expertise in performance marketing across Meta and Google Ads.
* Experience managing brand strategy, social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
* Robust understanding of CRM systems, analytics, attribution, and marketing automation.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business growth.
