Responsibilities
- Leading the creation and implementation of impactful Workday HCM solutions
- Analyzing intricate issues to develop practical solutions
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members
- Building and maintaining productive client relationships
- Developing a thorough understanding of the business context
- Navigating complex situations to enhance personal brand and technical knowledge
- Upholding exceptional standards in deliverables
- Utilizing firm methodologies and technology resources to deliver quality work

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 year(s) of experience with Workday Human Capital Management with at least 1 Workday implementation
- A Workday Core HCM certification and at least one additional module such as Core HR,



Payroll, Absence, or Time
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Ability to help customers resolve functional issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solutions.
- Should be able to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective & effective application configuration.
- Knowledge on Custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, calculated fields
- Knowledge of Workday Security.
- Knowledge of various data sources available and how to use them
- Knowledge in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
