* Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from
brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters
* Extract data accurately as required by the SOP
* Complete notification (via system or email) to downstream team(s) and/or
customer as per SOP
* Must have experience in insurance back-office processes
* Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance, understand different types
of requests received and systems used in insurance processes
* Detailed knowledge of specific department products, workflows and procedures
related to work performed
* Excellent interpretation skills
