About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager to lead our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects in Mehrauli, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing end-to-end AEM implementations, with a proven track record of delivering complex digital experience projects. Core Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end AEM projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support.
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in alignment with client objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content authors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee AEM implementation, customization,



and integration with other systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce platforms).
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices, quality standards, and project methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
Manage project risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and team performance.
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, results-driven work environment.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features, Adobe ecosystem trends, and digital experience technologies.

Required Technical Skills

10+ years of total experience in IT project management, with 6+ years of hands-on experience managing AEM projects.
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations, including AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.
