Lascade is looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to help scale customer acquisition across our portfolio of software products.
We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who understands Google Ads beyond campaign management—someone who can build profitable acquisition strategies, optimize performance, and turn data into business growth.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and App Campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and identify high-intent acquisition opportunities.
• Build campaign structures focused on scalable growth and profitability.
• Continuously improve CTR, Quality Score, Conversion Rate, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Create and optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign segmentation.
• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages,
bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with business insights.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Content, and Engineering teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
• Research new opportunities across different countries, products, and customer segments.
• Stay updated with Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App Campaigns.
• Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable business outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
