Lascade is looking for a passionate CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help us improve customer engagement, retention, and long-term growth across our digital products.

We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who understands the customer journey and knows how to turn new users into loyal, long-term customers.

What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies across all Lascade products.
• Create automated email, push notification, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Improve user onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and subscription renewals.
• Build personalized customer journeys based on user behaviour and product usage.
• Segment users based on engagement, subscription status, geography, interests, and lifecycle stage.
• Work closely with Product, Growth,



and Data teams to improve customer experience.
• Design win-back campaigns for inactive users and churn prevention strategies.
• Plan referral, loyalty, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize messaging and timing.
• Conduct A/B testing on emails, notifications, and customer journeys.
• Build dashboards to measure customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle performance.

What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and user behaviour.
• Experience creating automated customer journeys.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Solid analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns using data.
• Excellent written communication and customer-focused thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different product
