What You'll Do
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in key markets.
Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level deals for custom software and digital transformation services.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives.
Collaborate with the technical team to formulate compelling, custom solutions for complex client needs.
Represent URTech at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and strategic market insights to leadership.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, specifically within IT services, SaaS, or custom software development.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close six-figure deals.
Strong established network and ability to build relationships with C-level decision-makers.
Deep understanding of modern technology stacks and digital transformation trends.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for key client meetings and events.
