ServiceNow Professionals – Multiple Roles (Architect / Senior Developer / Administrator / CMDB Engineer)

? Location: Chennai
? Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)

? Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Governance: Define and maintain ServiceNow architecture, enforce design standards, and align with enterprise IT strategy.
Development & Integrations: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
Administration & Operations: Manage ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge), configure workflows, dashboards,



and ensure platform health.
CMDB Management: Implement and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and integrations with external tools (SCCM, Solarwinds, Qualys, cloud infra).
Performance & Compliance: Ensure platform security, scalability, upgrade readiness, and compliance with ITIL/GRC standards.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

? Required Skills
4 – 1 4 years of IT experience (depending on the role).
Robust expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC.
Hands-on with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and performance analytics.
Proven experience in integrations with third-party tools and enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
