About the Role

Skilzon is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive business growth by building strategic partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding our client network. The ideal candidate should have experience in business development or sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve revenue targets.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
* Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Technology Services, Software, or Corporate Sales is preferred
* Experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage
* Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through corporate visits, networking, referrals, field sales, and digital outreach.
* Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and training partners.




* Promote Skilzon’s IT training programs, corporate training solutions, internships, and professional certification courses.
* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
* Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through online and offline channels.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business opportunities.
* Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Maintain accurate sales pipelines, CRM records, and business reports.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
