Lascade is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function and support the company’s next stage of growth.
We’re building global software products across AI, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription platforms, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who can build strong financial systems, improve operational efficiency, and provide financial insights that help us make better business decisions.

What You’ll Do
• Manage the company’s day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and banking activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans.
• Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Coordinate VAT, Corporate Tax, audits, and statutory compliance.
• Work closely with external accountants, auditors, banks, and consultants.
• Build financial dashboards and management reports for leadership.
• Support strategic decisions through financial analysis and business insights.
• Establish scalable financial processes and internal controls.
• Manage vendor payments, procurement approvals, and financial documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Growth, and Business teams on financial planning.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management.
• Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Good understanding of VAT, Corporate Tax, and financial compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
