Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones, laptops, and related electronic devices.
Perform chip-level and component-level repairs (where applicable).
Replace defective parts such as displays, motherboards, batteries, and connectors.
Ensure all repairs are done in compliance with brand and company quality standards.
Accurately record job details, parts used, and repair status in the O2 Care system.
Maintain proper handling of customer devices to avoid damage or data loss.
Assist in software updates, data backup, and formatting activities.
Coordinate with the service coordinator for pending jobs, spare parts, and escalations.
Ensure timely delivery of repaired devices within the committed TAT (Turnaround Time).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area and tools.

Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Computer Hardware or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in mobile or laptop repair preferred.
Brand service center experience will be an added advantage.
