The Role
We're looking for an Agentic QA & Simulation Engineer (Quality Through Simulation) to prove agents behave correctly across edge cases — through simulation, not manual test cases.



You'll work closely with the Domain Pod and Platform Architect teams to ensure agents behave correctly across edge cases, with operational workflows automated end to end.

This is an AI-native, hands-on, 0-to-1 build organization. Everyone here is hands-on — there are no manager-only seats — and roles differ by problem focus, not by SDLC phase ownership. There's no handoff between Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and Ops: you're expected to design, build, test, deploy, and observe within your own domain, comfortable with ambiguity every step of the way.

What You'll Do
Build scenario simulators and synthetic retail environments.
Validate agent behaviour across edge cases.
Automate operational workflows beyond traditional test cases.
Build LLM evaluation harnesses and resilience/behavioural testing.
Partner with domain pods to catch edge-case issues before they hit production.
