About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding, operations-driven Factory Manager to head our flagship export processing facility in Siruniyam, Chennai.
This is a prestigious, high-impact leadership position within our organization. The Siruniyam unit serves as our final processing, compliance, and international dispatch hub. In this role,
you will hold end-to-end accountability for receiving semi-finished materials from our primary Karnataka manufacturing plant, steering the unit through stringent international quality and social audits, and executing flawless packaging and dispatch operations to service our premium clients across 32 countries globally.
Position Overview
Title: Factory Manager
Location: Siruniyam Unit (Chennai, Tamil Nadu)
Experience Required: 8 years to 15 years in production floor or packing floor management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM(On-site)
Reporting Hierarchy: Direct reporting line to the CEO / Director Office.
