Qualifications
Customer Support and Customer Service skills to assist clients effectively
Ability to speak candidly and influence customers
Ready to work in a dynamic work environment
Robust inter-personal and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated in terms of your own fitness journey
Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional regional languages are a plus
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills to ensure a high-quality service
Master's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred
