As we rapidly expand our global footprint, we are establishing our core commercial hub in India to aggressively scale our publisher and developer network.
Position Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) in India to lead our global supply-side acquisition. In this role, your primary mission is to identify, pitch, and onboard global mobile application publishers—specifically targeting Offerwall apps, rewarded/incentivized traffic platforms, utility apps, and mobile game developers—to integrate our Offerwall SDK and monetization solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Global Publisher Acquisition: Proactively scout, hunt, and pitch global mobile app developers and publishers (with a heavy focus on Offerwall, Rewarded, Casual/Hyper-casual gaming, and Loyalty/Reward apps)



to integrate our Offerwall SDK or API .
* Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the B2B sales funnel—from cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, and market research to contract negotiation, technical onboarding coordination, and closing deals.
* Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective publishers' current monetization setups (eCPM, ARPU, IAA strategies) and pitch our Offerwall as a high-yield incremental revenue stream.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our internal technical integration and account management teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal post-launch performance for publishers.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, developer policy updates (Google Play & Apple App Store compliance), and competitor offerings to identify current growth vectors.
