As a founding technology leader, you will define the long-term technology roadmap, architect scalable AI products, and establish the engineering culture that drives innovation and business growth. Working closely with the founding team, you will transform cutting-edge AI research into production-grade products powered by AI Agents, Voice AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI. Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the long-term technology vision, product architecture, and engineering roadmap.
Design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade AI products from concept to production.
Architect intelligent AI applications using Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, tool calling, memory, and multi-agent systems.
Build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI platforms capable of supporting enterprise workloads.
Lead engineering strategy, technical decision-making, and software architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with founders on product strategy, business planning, fundraising, hiring, and company growth initiatives.
