The Role
We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded and entrepreneurial Associate who wants to build a long-term career in corporate and commercial advisory.

The successful candidate will work directly with founders, CXOs, investors, business leaders, and international clients and will be expected to take ownership of matters from legal analysis and drafting through negotiation, execution and ongoing advisory.

The role requires exceptional legal ability, commercial awareness,



confidence, initiative, strong communication skills and the ability to grow with the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
The Associate will be expected to:
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
Advise clients on corporate, commercial, contractual and regulatory matters.
Support fundraising, investments, mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and strategic transactions.
Draft SaaS Agreements, Technology Agreements, Privacy Policies, Terms of Use, AI Governance documentation and other technology-related legal documentation.
Conduct legal research and prepare commercially practical legal opinions, advisory notes and client memoranda.
Attend client meetings and independently manage discussions where appropriate.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Patent Attorneys, Foreign Counsel and other skilled advisors.
