Lascade is looking for a curious, creative, and execution-focused Growth Generalist to help us discover, test, and scale current growth opportunities across our portfolio of software products.
We’re building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We’re looking for someone who is constantly exploring new marketing channels, AI tools, communities, partnerships, and product ideas that can help us grow faster.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, experimenting with new ideas, and turning opportunities into measurable business growth.
What You’ll Do
• Research and identify new customer acquisition opportunities across digital channels.
• Continuously generate and execute creative growth ideas across multiple products.
• Design, launch, and measure growth experiments.
• Discover emerging marketing channels, AI tools, and growth opportunities before competitors.
• Explore product-led growth, referral programs, viral loops, partnerships, and community-led growth.
• Research competitors, market trends,
and successful growth strategies.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Business Development teams to implement new ideas.
• Build lightweight MVPs, landing pages, free tools, or experiments to validate opportunities quickly.
• Analyze results, document learnings, and recommend what to scale or discontinue.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, startups, digital marketing, SEO, social media, and technology.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Startup Growth, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
• Strong curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to think creatively and execute quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple marketing channels and products.
