Education Qualification - BE / BTech (Mechanical / Chemical / Biotechnology) with preferably BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Years of Experience - 8 to 10 in Exports of BioPharma and/or Pharma Equipment's, Skid-mounted Systems & Processing Plants

Job Profile Overview:
The International Business Development Manager is tasked with driving the growth and expansion of our pharmaceutical equipment and system solutions in global markets. This includes identifying new opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The role requires a solid understanding of international markets and the ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments.

Education Qualification:
Should be a Decisive-&-Pro-active Strategist with a Pleasing Personality and with some degree of Process knowledge of Biopharma / Pharma Process Equipment's, Skid-designs & International Regulatory requirements. A comprehensive knowledge of the Names of the Manufacturers of the BioPharma Industry --- their Locations, their Product ranges,



the names of their respective Decision Makers for Capital Expenditures and their Product Diversification and/or Production Expansion Plans (in other words the BioPharma Business Intelligence) is essential. Should have the capability of preparing a robust-&-sustainable Export Business Development Plan with a typical horizon of 5-8 years that is in sync with the Organisation's goals of Growth and Gains. Prior knowledge of and/or Networking with Resident-&-established Distributors in specific Markets (like say the 'Americas') is essential. Participation in and/or Organising Road Shows / Trade Exhibitions in the Overseas Market is preferred and desirable.

Should be an Astute Planner who would have a 360 degree Overseas Business Plan to sync the Organizational needs with the Market Opportunities-&-Challenges AND have an incisive knowledge of the Overseas Business/Project-D
