We are seeking a skilled Turn-Mill/Turning Operator with 2–6 years of experience in operating and setting up CNC Turning or Turn-Mill machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in machine setup, interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining micron-level tolerances, and have proven experience in high-precision job production environments.
Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Turning or Turn-mill machines for the production of precision components.
Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and first-piece approvals to ensure productive and accurate production.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; requirements, and process sheets.
Manufacture parts to ±0.002 mm (2 microns) tolerances and maintain consistent dimensional accuracy.
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, bore gauges,
and vernier calipers.
Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce cycle times.
Adhere to quality, safety, and preventive maintenance procedures while maintaining a clean work environment.
Required Skills
Proven experience in high-precision machining and job production.
Strong knowledge of cutting tools, work-holding methods, and CNC turning/turn-mill operations.
Excellent drawing-reading and inspection skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and consistently deliver defect-free components.
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience
2 to 6 years of working experience in CNC Turning/Turn-Mill
