About the Role

We are looking for an Operations & Service Executive to manage installation, commissioning,



and after-sales service activities across Kerala. This role will serve as a dedicated field resource, ensuring seamless deployments, timely issue resolution, and a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute charger commissioning activities across assigned locations.
Manage after-sales service requests and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and service partners as required.
Work closely with customers, dealers, vendors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor charger uptime and service performance across the region.
Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and field activities.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
